14. If the Purchaser needs unique packing in relation to the Goods it need to be consented to in writing between the Buyer and the Seller, and the expense of the same is to the Buyer's account and appropriately will be included in the Purchase Rate. If the Seller fails to consist of the expense of special packing in the Purchase Cost the Purchaser must pay to the Seller such costs on demand.
Where setup is included in the contract the provision of a clear working site and appropriate access will be the duty of the buyer. It is our regular practice to inform delivery beforehand in order to assist in the clearance of our workspace. We reserve the right to make an inspection of the working area, and to delay proceeding to website at no penalty to the Seller if insufficient access or centers exist 16.

However, if the floor piece is reinforced with grid steel mesh or similar products to a level less than 70 mm below the surface, unique drilling devices will be required and any additional expenses sustained will be to the purchaser's account.

If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate suitable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Price is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise defined in writing.
